Samsung is having a tough time because of the Note 7 crisis. All the company staff including the engineers working closely on the project and higher management including the CEO Kwon Oh-Hyun are concerned with the loss company is facing in terms of their reputation and trust among the customers. Samsung has always been the choice of the customers because of their spirit of proving latest technology and gadgets but Note 7 crisis is putting them down in the standards of customer safety.

Without referring directly to the failure of the fire-prone Note 7s, Kwon said in a statement Samsung employees should look back and ask whether they had been complacent in their work. "We have a long history of overcoming crises," Kwon said.

"Let us use this crisis as a chance to make another leap by re-examining and thoroughly improving how we work, how we think about innovation and our perspective of our customers."

The incident is affecting the company more adversely as a survey report has presented the records of Samsung users migrating towards the apple products. The study says that half of the Note 7 users has already been migrated towards the apple iPhone or at least thinking about the switch. As a safety step, Samsung has initiated the replacement program to call back all the Note 7 that being sold. The customers can visit their customer support centre and get their money back.
