Samsung is going through its bad phase. After giving so much of masterpiece to the world, this Korean company is currently failing in its quality. Maybe this fall is the result of it’s over confidence or not so good researchers of the company.
After the huge fall of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 smartphone, now the quality of Samsung washing Machines is also degraded. As currently reported in the US, 9 reports of injuries were received by the company which include jaws and shoulder injuries and few other.
The top shield of the machine, get separated from its easel. And this detached easel created the huge risk for the washing machine users. 733 complaints of excessive vibrations, 34 complaints of the detached easel are received from the model which manufactured during the period from March 2011 to November 2016. Each model cost from $450 to $1500. Few US consumers also file complaints in consumer court against Samsung for “explode during normal use”.
Samsung said in its defence, all this accident happens when people wash bedding or bulky items. Whatever the reason is, all these incidents convince (force) Samsung to recall their washing machines. Now, Samsung has to re-define its strategy regarding the quality of the products, research team and off course its “CONFIDENCE”. Otherwise, this recalling will soon be converted into fall of Samsung.
