Samvedana Anand, 32 is a fashion industry powerhouse. With her easy going charm, a determined streak and fashion acumen, she has taken the world of fashion by a storm. She holds a NIFT certification in Fashion Designing and has established herself as an international model. Traveled and experienced 12 countries so far and wishes to cover the globe. 

She walked runways all over the world and various shows at Dubai International Fashion Week, Global Fashion Week,  and Runway Dubai. She was also a celebrity guest on the World Fashion Week celebrity  Panel.  Recently she was crowned with the title of Miss Universal Queen 2021 Dubai International Winner. 

Her beginnings were humble, she was brought up in the town of Tatanagar base from Kolkata. She always had big dreams and knew that her calling was in the world of fashion. So to give flight to her dreams she moved out and has been jet setting around the world since. She thinks of herself as a global citizen as she holds a deep respect for all cultures and embraces the virtuous parts of all societies. She is also a retail professional and a senior category manager in Dubai. 

But even though she has the whole world at her feet she hasn’t forgotten her roots and urges others to be in touch with their home and families as well. Through her work she wishes to influence and inspire people in a positive way. She is always working towards polishing her skills and craft and hopes to continue taking her career to greater heights. 

Samvedana has other passions as well, she has done extensive work in theatre, writes regularly and has plans in place to start her journey as an entrepreneur. She wishes to pick this path in order to build a space for women empowerment and lend a helping hand to the underprivileged women by giving them opportunities to become financially independent so they can support themselves as well as their families.
