Sanjay Dutt announced that he will be taking a leave from work for treatment for his ill-health and now the actor is diagnosed with stage-3 lung cancer. It is very hard to even imagine what the actor and his family might have been going through after they had to go through so much with him, taking his long-troubled past into account. He recently got released from jail after completing the court-ordered sentence as punishment for his involvement in an illegal arms possession case. He was found not guilty in other charges that were leveled on him under the POTA act.

Some fans wonder if Yash starrer KGF Chapter 2 shoot will be halted for the actor and hence, the movie release will be postponed till the date, he returns. According to the recent reports, the actor had finished major action portions for his character, Adheera and he has few scenes left to shoot. Director Prashanth Neel and producers might think about rewriting those scenes with another character in place of Adheera as cancer patients take at least 6 to 9 months to recover.

And stage-3 of cancer means there is a long road for recovery ahead for Sanjay Dutt. Well, the makers have announced that they will be bringing their film on 23rd October and they did not give any official confirmation on a revised release date. Let’s hope for their official announcement regarding the release of the film and character of Adheera.
