AAP leader and Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Singh has targeted the Yogi Adityanath government. His statement has come to light after the case has been filed against Sanjay Singh. He has shared a post on his official Twitter handle. In this, Sanjay Singh has written "I promise the people of Uttar Pradesh today that if they even solve 900 cases, then I will not give up politics. Your cooperation is necessary for this 'undeclared emergency', your cooperation will be the reason for the end of the dictatorship. In this regard, I have also written a letter to the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha (Vice President Venkaiah Naidu)".

Sanjay Singh shared a post on Twitter and wrote that "I am the son of UP. Grew up in here and drank water here. Every residence here is my residence and children are my families. Therefore, I have the right to speak on the problems and ask questions to the government because I am a resident here before I am the people's representative. No one can take away this right from me".
