New Delhi: United Kisan Morcha has retaliated on PM Modi's statement in the Rajya Sabha on farmers. United Kisan Morcha condemned the humiliation of farmers by PM Modi. He said that we would like to remind the PM that it was the only revolutionaries who got the country free from colonial rulers and that is why we are proud to be a revolutionary.' The peasants said that it is the BJP and its forefathers who never launched any movement against the British. He has always been against mass movements, so he is still afraid of mass movements.

United Kisan Morcha said that if the government still accepts the demands of the farmers, then the farmers will be more happy to go back to farming with full effort. This is the stubborn attitude of the government, due to which this movement is getting prolonged which is creating agitators. Empty statements on the MSP will not benefit the farmers in any way and earlier, even such meaningless statements were made. Farmers will benefit realistically and in an equally sustainable way only when the MSP for all crops is given a legal guarantee including purchase.

He said that we oppose all types of FDI. The PM's FDI approach is also dangerous, even as we separate ourselves from any FDI "foreign destructive ideology". However, SKM stands with constructive democratic processes that uphold basic human rights anywhere in the world and expect equal reciprocity from all just-minded citizens all over the world because "injustice happening anywhere is the threat to the justice of everywhere."
