Jaipur: The devastating fire in the forests of Rajasthan's Sariska Tiger Reserve has not yet been fully controlled, but in the meantime, a picture is going viral on social media. Sachin Tendulkar's wife Anjali Tendulkar, popularly known as the God of Cricket, has been embroiled in controversy over the fire in the tiger reserve. In fact, it is alleged that even when there was a massive fire in the forests, instead of trying to control the fire, RN Meena, director of Sariska tiger reserve, took Anjali Tendulkar to the forests for roaming.

In the last three days, a 20-km area of forest in Baleta-Prithvipura Naka of Akbarpur range of Sariska Tiger Reserve has been burnt to ashes. On March 27 (Sunday), Anjali Tendulkar had reached Sariska and all the officials and directors themselves were on VIP duty to prepare to roam her around, while 15 minutes ago, there was a wireless report that there was a fire in the forest. When questioned on the matter, regional director RN Meena said instructions had been given to make necessary arrangements to douse the fire and the rangers were also on the spot.

She has said that, when there is a fire, the director does not go to extinguish the fire. As far as the VIP movement is concerned, services were being provided to Anjali Tendulkar under the protocol. Let us know that the fire in the forests of Sariska Tiger Reserve has not yet been controlled. However, the tigers living in that area have come down from the mountain into the field, making them safe. The Indian Air Force has taken over the front to control the fast-spreading forest fire and efforts are on to douse it through two helicopters. 4000 litres of water are being sprayed from one helicopter at a time and 11 rounds of water are being sprayed throughout the day.
