In the second season just like the first season, Deepika Kakkar will lead the second season as well. Apart from them, according to the information received, Deepika is ready to win the hearts of people again by becoming a Simar in the show. Apart from them, only her husband Shoaib will be seen on the show.

He will play the character of Prem and become Deepika's onscreen husband. Apart from these two, veteran actress Jayati Bhatia, also known as Mata Ji in season 1, is also going to appear in the second season. This time Jayati's character in the show will be older and she will play Daadi Ji instead of Mataji. At the same time, the change that has happened this time is about the character of Avika Gaur. Tanya will be on the show replacing Avika. Apart from Tanya, actor Avinash Mukherjee, who was famous for the role of Jagya in the serial Balika Vadhu, will be seen as Siddharth in the second part of the show.
