Satyaprem Ki Katha has released a new song, Aaj Ke Baad, which is a soulful melody like the previous. The song depicts the gorgeous wedding ceremony of Kartik Aaryan (Satyaprem) and Kiara Advani (Katha), however despite their marriage, this love story does not appear to be ideal. While Kartik appears delighted and excited to be able to marry the love of his life, Kiara appears sad and lost since she appears to be getting married for an unclear reason.
The song begins with the start of wedding rites, including a puja and an engagement in which Kiara and Kartik exchange rings. Both of their families appear to be happy. Soon, there's an overjoyed Kartik at his haldi ceremony at their lower-middle-class home, and a befuddled Kiara at her mansion getting her mehendi. As he arrives at the wedding venue with a baraat, he notices Kiara's face during the varmala ceremony. What happens next will be revealed in the movie.
Aaj Ke Baad, sung on a high pitch by Manan Bhardwaj and Tulsi Kumar, was also wrote and created by Manan. By sharing the song on Instagram, Kartik wrote, “Aaj ke baad…tu meri rahna. Soul of SatyaPrem Ki Katha. Aaj se mera fav aapka #AajKeBaad.”
Satyaprem Ki Katha, directed by Sameer Vidwans, also stars Supriya Pathak as Kartik's mother and Gajraj Rao as his father. It will be released in theaters on June 29. The first song, Naseeb Se, depicted them as a blissful couple romancing in Kashmir. Payal Dev and Vishal Mishra sung the peaceful song.
