What to eat - It is said that a person who fasts in the month of Sawan should not eat salt and should eat fruits without salt. Well, you can consume lemonade, coconut water, and smoothies in the fast if you like. In fact, all these things are healthy and rich in nutrients. You can eat a handful of nuts in the fast if you want. Yes, you can consume cashew nuts, almonds, raisins, walnuts, etc. in the diet. You can also eat potato, gourd, pumpkin, Arabic vegetables in fruits. In fact, all of them are considered sattvik food and these things keep the body healthy and full of energy. What not to eat - It is said that vrati should avoid consuming tea on an empty stomach. In fact, drinking tea on an empty stomach can cause gas problems. At the same time, being hungry or empty stomach in fasting can cause gash trouble. Because of this, you should eat something from time to time. Also, avoid eating fried things during fasting.
