The same, Shashi Kumar, managing director of Indeed India said, "covid-19 has forced us to change our way of working. In his statement, Kumar said that industries will have to think together about the strategy related to the workforce for the coming time. Along with this, such employees will have to be made skilled in new ways, which are feared to be lost in employment.
