SBI Clerk Recruitment 2022: The application period for the Junior Associate positions (sales and customer support) in the clerical cadre of the State Bank of India is open until today, September 27, 2018. Candidates may only apply for positions in one State or Union Territory. Applying is possible on SBI's official website, sbi.co.in, for those who are interested.

Candidates must be fluent in the designated local language they selected. As part of the selection process, a test will be given to gauge the candidates' proficiency in the regional tongue. It will take place after you pass the online main exam but before you join the Bank. The requirement to submit a class 10 or 12 mark sheet or certificate as proof of having studied the designated, chosen local language is waived for candidates who do so.

Step 1: Visit the SBI website, sbi.co.in

Step 2: Visit the "Careers" section.

Step 3: Select "Recruitment for Junior Associates Customer Support and Sales" from the notification.

Step 4: Select "apply online."

Step 5: It will direct you to ibpsonline.ibps.in/sbijajul22 in.

Step 6: Select the new registration tab.

Step 7: Enter your information, including your name, phone number, etc. and upload pertinent files

Step 8: Cross check the form before submitting

Step 9: Make the payment

Step 10: Print the application form out for your records.

The applicant cannot be younger than 20 or older than 28. There will be a five-year relaxation for SC/ST, a three-year relaxation for OBC, ten years for PWDs (general/EWS), fifteen years for PWDs (SC/ST), and thirteen years for PWDs (OBC).

The candidates must hold an equivalent degree or a graduation degree in any discipline from an accredited university.

Salary and Vacancies

Applications are being accepted for 5008 open positions. Starting Basic Pay for graduates is Rs 19,900 (Rs 17,900 plus two advance increments).

The test will be given online. The main examination will be held tentatively in December 2022 or January 2023, and the preliminary examination will be held tentatively in the month of November.

Three sections—English language, math, and reasoning—of an objective test will make up the preliminary examination. The exam will carry 100 points. Shortlisted candidates for the main exam will be those who pass the preliminary exam.

General/financial awareness, general English, quantitative aptitude and reasoning ability and computer aptitude will make up the four sections of the main exam. It will carry 200 points.

For everyone who did not submit their class 10 or 12 mark sheet indicating that they studied the language, there will be a test in the designated local language they selected.

All those who will pass the main exam will be placed on a provisional merit list. When creating the final merit list, only the overall score on the main exam will be taken into account. Based on a candidate's performance on the main exam, a provisional selection will be made.

After eligibility and information provided in the application form have been verified, the final selection will be announced. Those who appeared for the specified local language test will receive qualifying marks.

The bank's website will post the results. For junior associates to be hired there is no provision for intercircle or interstate transfer.
