Mini statement
You can get information about the last five transactions from your account through SMS. For this, you will have to message by writing 'MSTMT' to the number 09223866666. Apart from this, you can also get a mini statement by giving a missed call to this number.
Checkbook request
You can also request for new checkbook through SBI SMS Banking. For this, you have to message by writing CHQREQ to 09223588888. After this you will receive an SMS, which will contain a number of six digits. Now send 'CHQACCY 6 digit number' to 09223588888. This message has to be sent within two hours of receiving the first message.
SBI SMS Banking and Registration for Mobile Services
To avail this facility, SBI customers have to register their account number. Along with this, to register their account, they have to send REG Account Number on 09223488888 from their registered mobile number. For example, if your account number is 12345678901, then you will have to write in SMS- REG 12345678901 and send it to the given number. Thereafter you will get confirmation SMS.
