State Bank of India (SBI) has decided to deploy Microsoft Office 365 to improve communication and collaboration among its employees. The largest deployment of office 365 in India will be. SBI has 23,423 branches across the country, of which about 2,63,000 employees work. Along with this, SBI's network of over 500 million subscribers spread across the country. 

SBI Chairman Rajneesh Kumar said in a statement, "Microsoft's cutting-edge technology is helping us lead digital transformation, which is part of our DNA." In the past few years, SBI has made several major changes at the digital and technical level.

2,63,000 employees work in SBI's 23,423 branches across the country.   Microsoft has started messaging and collaboration servers of SBI in 17 countries, saving the bank $ 2 million annually.

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said, "We are excited to be a partner in digital transformation of SBI, because they use Intelligent Cloud and build new digital capabilities to empower their employees. By changing their products and services, customers connect new ways. With its deployment, SBI will upgrade its cloud-based technology.
