State Bank of India (SBI) chairman Rajneesh Kumar on Wednesday launched the first Yono branch in Hitek city digitally. This is the fourth and first of all in South India as part of digitizing banking services through Yono platform.
SBI has already launched the Yono app to digitally utilize banking facilities for its customers. However, while communicating with the customers, Kumar assured them about personalised and quality service and urged yono to accept quick pay for their payment solutions. The branch is located on the high streets of Hitek City, in which all tech giants are nearby. "We have identified corporate companies like Google, Deloitte, TCS, Tech Mahindra and S&P Global. This branch is a one-stop digital gateway for financial solutions to all techies working around the department," says O P Mishra, Chief General Manager, SBI Hyderabad.
Hitec City is an IT hub in Hyderabad and has many global organizations. SBI has taken a big step towards banking digitization. This will help customers get banking facility without physically visiting the branch at their own speed.
