SC cares about the law but does not care about the customs and traditions says chief priest of Sabrimala

Sabarimala :People in Kerala are protesting against the Supreme court’s verdict regarding the entry of women of all ages in temple. Now chief priest of Sabarimala has shown his displeasure over the SC's verdict that allowed women of all ages to enter the temple premises.

Expressing displeasure to the verdict of SC Head prist Kandararu Rajeevaru told to ANI that the court has not considered the age-old traditions and customs while delivering the verdict. He further added that court only cares about the law, it does not care about the customs and traditions. Clearing his stand he said that I stand by the old customs and tradition.

Requesting people to avoid voilence the priest said that It is a panic situation, it has become very dangerous. Most of the devotees have become desperate after the Supreme Court verdict. It is my personal request, please respect the system and customs of the Sabarimala Temple. I do not support any form of violence. Don't blame the devotees. It is not the devotees, who are creating all the violence

The protest has taken Violence turn and considering it Section 144 has been imposed in Sannidhanam, Pamba, Nilakkal, and Elavungal. Only women above 50 years allowed to enter in the temple on Wednesday for security concerns.
