Supreme Court dismissed the plea for setting inquiry regarding Sahara and Birla diaries, on the basis of which, Rahul Gandhi and Arvind Kejriwal made allegations of corruption by Narendra Modi. But the original petition was filed by senior lawyer Prashant Bhushan, which is now denied by the apex court.
The court dismissed the plea due to lack of evidences and proofs, according to the judges bench. However, Bhushan expressed disappointment over the judgment.
