SC Row: BJP criticized Rahl Gandhi‘s remark on Amit Shah

New Delhi:  Yesterday As the mutiny released by the four judges of the Supreme Court against Chief Justice of India Dipak Mishra due to which in the judicial and political arena realizes shockwaves. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) made allegations on the grand old Congress party of attempting to “politicize the internal conflicts of the judiciary”, when Congress president Rahul Gandhi addressed in a press conference on Friday on the subject of this heated stuff. 

 Rahul Gandhi, in his press address, had said that the concern heaved by the four senior judges regarding the administration of the judiciary is extremely important and also said that a thorough investigation should be held in the death of Justice BH Loya, who died in 2014 when he was hearing the thrilling Sohrabuddin Sheikh encounter case in which BJP President Amit Shah was a prime accused but later he was released.

Criticizing Congress Gandhi’s scion, BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra said on Friday that Politics is being played by political parties of the country, outside the judicial purview,  they are trying to haul issues which are internal to the judiciary and politicize that is something which should not be stabbed.

Regarding Gandhi's remarks looking for an investigation in Justice Loya's death, Patra made a statement that the Congress president should know that none have the right to remark on matters that are still pending before the top Court.
