Macaroni - 2 cups
Onion - 1
Carrot - 1
Capsicum - 1
Green Chili - 4
Frozen Peas - 1/2 cup
Szechwan Sauce - 1 Table Spoon
Tomato Sauce - 3 to 4 Tablespoons
Red chili powder - 1/2 table spoon
Salt - as per taste
Method of preparation: To make Sagewan Macaroni, first of all, pour water in a pan on medium flame over the gas and let it get hot and when the water gets hot, add macaroni and light salt in it and let it boil.
After ten-fifteen minutes when the macaroni boils, turn off the gas. Now drain the macaroni water and wash it with cold water. Take care not to add oil to it. Boiled macaroni without oil makes more taste. Also, finely chop the onion, carrots, capsicum and green chillies. Now put a pan on medium flame on the gas and add oil to it and let it heat up.
When the oil is well heated, add chopped onions and green chilies and fry it for two minutes. Now add chopped capsicum, carrots, frozen peas to this fried onion and fry for five minutes. After this add macaroni, shejwan sauce, tomato sauce, red chili powder and salt as per taste and mix well.
Cook it for about five minutes and then turn off the gas. The sestiwan macaroni is ready. Take it out in a serving bowl and pour a little butter on top of it and serve hot.
