The increasing number of crime cases these days has become a surprise to all. The case that has come up recently is of Kawardha. A school clerk has been booked for molesting a minor girl on Sunday. According to reports, the case has been filed under the POCSO Act at Damapur outpost in the district. According to reports, the accused school clerk has been arrested and taken into custody by the police but the entire allegations are still under investigation.
According to the police, the accused clerk has now been booked under Section 354. It is now alleged that "the minor girl was alone in her house" while the accused Sushil Gaikwad entered the house and started molesting her. The minor started making noise after seeing the wrong intention of the accused. After which the accused clerk fled, but threatened to kill herself if she told anyone about this incident," he said.
On the other hand, the minor complained about the accuser's actions to his family first and the family members have lodged an FIR against the accused. Police have arrested the accused and taken into custody in connection with the case.
