Patna: Unlock-4 is going on in the country amidst increasing cases of coronavirus infection. In view of this, schools have started opening in many states. In Bihar too, schools above class 9 will open from 28 September. Orders have been issued in this regard. Before Bihar, schools of classes 9th to 12th have been opened in Jammu and Kashmir since Monday, but the responsibility of the safety of the students has been put on the shoulders of the parents.

The central government had given permission to open schools from 21 September for guidance. The schools had already prepared for this. Schools in the national capital had sought an opinion from parents about sending children to school. There is a clear refusal of 85 percent of the parents. If we talk about St. Xavier's High School, the parents of 297 children in class 9 and 10 were consulted, in which parents of two hundred refused to send.

Only 61 parents out of 800 children from ninth to 12th at Baldwin Academy are ready to send the child to school. When a survey was conducted between the parents of Dan Basco Academy, 500 out of 600 were refused.
