Srinagar, Security forces arrested a top Lashkar-e-Toiba commander from Kupwara district of north Kashmir. According to police official, "Abu Ukasha, also known as Hanzullah, was apprehended by security forces during an operation in Sogam area of Kupwara last evening".

The security forces launched a search operation on Ukasha's disclosure in the nearby forests to track down another LeT militant Abu Bakar, added police.

As per the official, "Ukasha, a resident of Pakistan, is being questioned for information about the militant network in north Kashmir region where he was active for several years now".
