Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh has been witnessing a number of cases for the past few days. Meanwhile, the farmer's murder in Sitapur has created a sensation around. On the spot, police have started an investigation. The case is of Kotwali Mauli area. On Friday night, Mudhosa resident Ramachandra Putra Keshav Verma went to his field.

The accused strangled the farmer and murdered him. The case was reported in the morning. After performing the incident, the crook ran away from the spot. After getting information, the police have started an investigation on the spot. Police say all aspects of the incident are being investigated. Action will be taken by filing the case. The same incident has created an atmosphere of mourning in the village.

On the other hand, six people died of COVID-19 on Friday in Gorakhpur district of the state. Four of them are from Gorakhpur, one from deoria and one from Kushinagar. There are 213 new infected people. This includes railway hospitals, municipal workers. Since then, the total number of infections in the district has reached 10423. Of these, 7475 people have been cured. While the death figure has reached 141. There are 2807 active cases. The infected of the employees in the railway hospital is increasing. More than 25 workers and more than a dozen doctors have been infected in the past. On Friday, 11 more workers were found positive.
