In the early trade today, the benchmark BSE Sensex is up about 106 points. The 30-share index rallied by 105.54 points, or 0.37 percent, at 28,970.25.
The NSE Nifty was also trading higher by 30.25 points, or 0.33 percent, at 8,957.15.
Brokers as per the sources news said " the market mood remained buoyant, bolstered by retail as well as domestic institutional investors' buying coupled with covering-up of short positions by speculators"
