Ingredients:
Green peas - a cup crushed
Oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying pan)
Asafoetida - 1-2 pinch
Cumin - half a teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 1 Tablespoon
Fennel Powder - 1 Tablespoon
Red Chilli -One quarter teaspoon
Garam Masala -One quarter teaspoon
Amchoor Powder -One quarter teaspoon
Green Chillies - 1-2 (Finely Chopped)
Ginger -1 inch long piece (tighten pumpkin)
Green coriander - (finely chopped)
Salt - according to the taste (half teaspoon)
Oil - frying the trash
Method:
1. Grind peas in the mixer.
2. Put oil in a pan and heat it. Put asafetida and cumin in hot oil. After cumin seeds, put the coriander powder, fennel powder, green chillies, ginger paste and fry it. Now add the grinded peas, red chili, garam masala, amchur powder, green coriander and salt to the peas and roast for 3-4 minutes. Fry Pithi is ready to fill in the kachori. Kachori dough and filling is ready.
3. Now add oil to fry the kachori in the frying pan. Take a little doungh like small lemon and spread it little to fill the filling of peas in it. Now take a spoonful of peas filling and fill it in the taken dough. After filling,cover it completely and with the help of palm press it.
4. Now roll it in a diameter of 2 1/2 or 3 inches. Similarly, all the dough needs to be prepared the same. And put one by one kachoris into the hot oil and fry it to the golden brown. The peas kachori is ready.
