Manav will play the role of KT. The show will revolve around these two different individuals who come together for something special.

The show travels from Preeti who becomes a mother to a moment where she discovering her own identity. Recently, Rajshree opened up about playing the role of Preeti Jindal on Shaadi Mubarak and how she prepares herself for this challenging role. The actress revealed that she drew inspiration from Neena Gupta's character in the film Baadai Ho for the role of Preeti. Rajshree shared that she really admired Neena Ji as an actress, and when she was approached to essay the character in Shaadi Mubarak, she drew inspiration from the latter's performance in Badhaai Ho. Praising Neena Ji, Rajshree said that the way she showed the nuances on the screen of a middle-aged mother in the film was absolutely commendable.
