Superstar Shah Rukh Khan has won millions of hearts with his mindblowing performances in various movies. To count a few, Chak De! India surely counts for Shah Rukh Khan's one of the best performances. The movie released in the year 2007. SRK completely justified the role of a hockey coach in the movie. The movie was helmed by Shimit Amin.

According to reports, Shah Rukh might once again join hands with Shimit Amin for another venture which is being speculated to be a multi-star project.

According to a trusted source, "Last year when Chak De! India clocked a decade, Shah Rukh reconnected with Shimit. It was then that the latter discussed a concept he had in mind for Khan.

The superstar liked it and asked him to work on it further. When Shah Rukh returned to Mumbai last week after wrapping up Zero's US schedule, the two met again to discuss the progress on the script. Shah Rukh is keen on the project and is likely to produce it as well."

Reports say that the movie is most probably a period drama. Well, the news has not yet been confirmed by Shimit. Shahrukh is presently a part of 'Salute' which is being speculated to be a biopic and also a Karan Johar venture. 

Sources have also revealed that Shah Rukh wants the movie to be quite different from his image of a romantic hero. A younger hero may also feature in the movie as a parallel lead. Aayushmann Khurrana has been approached for the role. Well, the final cast would be decided only after SRK shows a green signal to the movie.
