Batti Gul Meter Chalu, the upcoming court drama that stars Shahid Kapoor, Shraddha Kapoor and Yami Gautam has reportedly completed its shooting with the final song that was filmed on the Haider couple along with Divyendu Sharma at Mehboob Studios in Mumbai. The trade analyst, Taran Adarsh bring the good news by tweeting "#BattiGulMeterChalu shooting concludes... Final song filmed on Shahid and Shraddha at Mehboob Studios in Mumbai... Song also features Divyendu Sharma... Shree Narayan Singh directs the film." He also shared a glimpse of the song where Shahid and Shraddha can be seen performing:

 

 

Movie's shoot was also scheduled in Tehri a small town of Uttarakhand and audience will witness the be the beauty of the beautiful state in the movie. Notably, Shahid and Yami are portraying lawyer and Shraddha is in the role of a small town girl. Film's plot is set on the story of a common man who received exorbitant electricity bills from the power distributing company and fight for justice in the court. 

The Shree Narayan Singh directorial is already in the news and some snapshots that were revealed from the shoot of the movie. The Udta Punjab actor who regularly gathered acclamation because of his tremendous acting in his every project was also acclaimed previously for his this upcoming project as he performed a three and a half minute monologue in a single shot. For the performance, the director said: "Even if I don’t put any background music in the scene, audiences will still cry watching it. Everybody on the set had become emotional while seeing him perform. I haven’t worked with many actors, but Shahid is brilliant. We have become good friends. We are teaming up again for a thriller set in UP."
