The starrer film 'Dil Se' By Actor Shahrukh Khan and Manisha Koirala has completed its 21st year. The film, which was released in August 1998, made a lot of headlines because of its content, and in addition, A.R. Rahman's music and Gulzar's lyrics proved to be special in many ways.
