Patna: Criminals in Bihar are so emboldened that they pulled a 25-year-old girl from a train to a farm and raped her and then killed her. The incident is said to be between Jakhim and Dev stations in the Aurangabad district of Bihar. It is found that at first the criminals started molesting the woman in the moving train, then cut the hose pipe of the train and took her down from the train and took her down in the middle of the fields in the dense darkness. She was then gang-raped and killed. The deceased girl worked as Jeevika Didi.
The family members staged a protest with the body of the girl in front of Aurangabad Sadar Hospital on Saturday after the body of the girl was found on Friday. There is a demand for early detention of the culprits by the protesters. Villagers say the 25-year-old was murdered for the purpose of concealing evidence after she was gang-raped.
Police reached Sadar hospital on the information of the commotion and started investigating the case. SDPO Gautam Sharan has said that the incident is being processed in a scientific manner. Whoever is guilty will be detained and sentenced. The post mortem report is going to reveal the manner of the murder. Police are not confirming the rape at present.
