Fans are waiting eagerly to get to know the celebrities participating in this season. Before the show premieres, here is the list of contestants that can be expected in the show. Arya - Start music host Arya is one of the celebrities who can be expected in the show. The Badayu Bangla actress was very vocal about her love for the show even during the first season. It was believed that Arya would participate in Bigg Boss's Malayalam 2 soon after the season finale, but the actress refused, stating that she was not approached for the show. Fakru aka Krishnajiv- Internet sensation Fukrey aka Krishnaji, who is a huge fan on social media, can be expected in the upcoming season. 

Manju Pathors Film and TV actress Manju Pathroz is also considered to be one of the participants in the second edition of the show hosted by Mohanlal. The Marimayam actress is currently active on social media through her vlogs. Pashnam Shaji Ak Saju- Comedian-turned-actor Bigg Boss Malayalam can be expected to be one of the 16 contestants. The mimicry artiste shot to fame with her performance as 'Pasanam Shaji' in the comedy reality show 'Comedy Stars'. Abhirami Suresh - Former child actress Abhirami Suresh is a huge fan for her band 'Amritam Gamaya'. Abhiram and his sister Amrita Suresh of Malayalam star singer fame are popular for their musical performances and slogans. Jaswant Kok - Social media sensation Aswant Kok is considered one of the contestants of Bigg Boss Malayalam 2. Aswan was shot to gain fame with his significant yet strange memories on socially relevant issues. Allegedly, it is he who first used the word 'OMKV'.

Alina Padikkal - TV celeb Alina Padikkal is one of the much-anticipated contestants of this season. The Indian actress is currently seen hosting the celebrity chat show 'Day with a Star'. Surya Ishaan - Transgender activist Surya Ishaan is one of the show's most expected contestants. Surya has recently married Ishaan officially as the first transgender couple in Kerala. Rehana Fatima -Social activist, who tried to enter the Sabarimala temple following the Supreme Court verdict in 2018, allowing all women to enter the temple, is also rumored to be one of the show's contestants. Apparently, Rehana was approached by the team of Bigg Boss, but there is no official confirmation on this yet. Shane Nigam- Malayalam actor Shane Nigam can be expected in Bigg Boss Malayalam season 2. Controversial actors are often seen on TV of late. From entering as a celebrity guest in 'As Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Keralam' to playing a cameo in Uppam Moolakum, the former Kuttichtan actor has been gaining popularity among Teli audiences recently.
