Mumbai: NCP chief Sharad Pawar has made a big statement ahead of the assembly elections in five states, saying the BJP will win only one of the five state assembly elections. Pawar has said that the BJP is going to be defeated in four states. He has said that the BJP will win only in Assam and the party's defeat in all the states is certain.

In Maharashtra, Sharad Pawar has said that the BJP is going to get a big defeat in these assembly elections. The BJP will only win in Assam, besides defeating it in all the states. Sharad Pawar has intensified the clamor for opposition parties after the statement. However, there has been no response from the BJP. Sharad has also questioned the governor's action. He has said about Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari that he has not seen such a governor till today.

Pawar has also reminded that at a time when Narendra Modi was holding the post as cm of Gujarat. At that moment, he (Modi) also complained about the governor's actions. He said that the governors are obstructing their activities. Pawar said that the governors of a state like Maharashtra are doing this kind of work. While the Modi government at the center is looking at a place to correct the conditions.
