Mumbai: There is a sharp trend in the stock market on Monday on the first day of the week. After opening with a green mark in the pre-opening, at 9.35, the Sensex was up 566 points at 34,850. At the same time, the Nifty gained 157 points to 10,300. It is being told that the economy will start returning to track after the lockdown is relaxed.

In the hope that there are positive signs in the stock market. However, the tension between the US and China is also being seen. According to experts, the stock market will remain volatile in the coming days. Earlier on Friday, the Sensex had gained 306 points to close at 34,287. The Nifty closed at 10,142 with a gain of 113 points. Gold was Rs 45,692 per 10 grams, while silver (futures) was Rs 47,482 per kg. The rupee had gained 18 paise to 75.12 against the dollar.

The country's foreign exchange reserves rose by $ 343 million (about Rs 25,725 crore at current prices) to an all-time high of $ 49,348 million (a little over Rs 37 lakh crore) in the week ended May 29. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) said on Friday that its foreign exchange reserves had risen by $ 300 million to reach a high level of $ 49,044 million in the last week, which is also good news in the time of Corona's crisis.
