The Sensex is down about 13 points to open at 41,042.46 today. By the time of writing the news, it has gone up to a minimum of 40,778.56. The Nifty of the National Stock Exchange opened today at 12,028.25, down by 17.55 points, with the Nifty reaching 11,954.35 points at the time of writing the news. The Sensex was trading 231.91 points at 40,823.78 in early trade on Tuesday morning at 93.53 minutes and the Nifty was down by 73.30 points at 11,972.50.
