Sharon Stone, who has won several Golden Globe Awards and Academy Award nominations, expressed her happiness about the host's role, saying, "I am happy to host the 20th edition of the Laureus World Sports Awards ceremony. These awards not only establish the scale of excellence, but it also highlights that through sports, violence can be eliminated in the world."
