Necessary Ingredients -
500 ml of milk
1 cup macaroni
1/2 cup mix dry fruits (cashew, pistachios, almonds, walnuts, chironji)
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 cup of sugar
8 thread saffron
Desi Ghee as per need
Method - First of all, put the milk in the pan for boiling on medium heat. Meanwhile, in the grinder jar, add dry fruits and grind coarsely. Now put ghee in the pan on medium flame and keep it for heating, add ground dry fruits and fry it lightly. With this, after roasting the dry fruits, take them out on a plate. Now put some ghee in the same pan and fry the vermicelli for 2 minutes. After the milk boils, add roasted dry fruits and cook. Now add sugar and cook it while stirring. After that mix cardamom powder and saffron. Now add roasted macaroni and mix and cook for 5 minutes. Keep stirring occasionally. Now turn off the gas after the scheduled time. Sheer khurma is ready. If you want, garnish with the remaining dry fruits and serve.
