This cream had announced to change its name. Hindustan Unilever had announced that the name of their beauty cream will be changed from Fair & Lovely to Glow & Lovely. After his announcement, it received a mixed response from the public.

There are many people who have supported Shekhar Kapur in the comment box. A user wrote in response, "I am waiting for the day when an advertisement for Dark and Lovely will come in India."
