Talking about Shikara's box office collection, then according to the tweet by trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the film took an opening of 1.20 crores. On Saturday, the film received 1.85 crore on the second day. On Sunday, the film had a collection of 1.90 crores. Shikara collected 4.95 crores in the opening weekend. Along with this, Adil Khan and Saadia have played the main characters in Shikara, which are of Kashmiri Pandits. The story of the film is based on the incident of forced displacement and migration of Kashmiri Pandits in the nineties, which is seen as a major tragedy in Indian history.
