Shilpa Shetty is no stranger to using her clothing to express her sense of style. But in her most recent Instagram post, the actor caught everyone's eye for donning something out of the ordinary while working out in the gym. Shilpa uploaded a video of herself working out in the gym, but instead of her typical workout attire of yoga pants and a sports bra or tank top, she was wearing a kurta and palazzo pants. As she discussed her wardrobe decisions, the actor also added a hilarious caption.

Shilpa begins the exercise video by performing”seated chest press equipment" at the gym. Shilpa says, "Outfit mat dekho, emotions samjho (don't look at my outfit, understand my emotions)," as she exhales deeply throughout the workout. Be in shape for any outfit. The actor was seen without any makeup and wearing white pants and a sleeveless kurta with a red and white check pattern.

"Today's Monday motivation: Get fit in any outfit," Shilpa wrote in the caption to her photo. Never forget that it's Navratri. To the caption, the actor added an emoji of flexed biceps and a wink. She continued, "I started using the seated chest press equipment, which primarily works shoulders and strengthens and develops the chest muscles and triceps." In the Hindi video, Shilpa also said, "My leg is broken, not my hands," while describing her new exercise regimen and keeping in mind the leg injury.

Shilpa had recently suffered an injury while collaborating on a new film by Rohit Shetty. The actor, who takes her exercise regimen seriously, has been sharing images and videos from the gym and how she improvises a fitness routine despite having a broken leg. Shilpa's next appearance will be in Rohit Shetty's web series Indian Police Force, in which she will co-star with Sidharth Malhotra. Shilpa, Sidharth, and Rohit are making their OTT debuts in the series, which will be available on Prime Video.
