Director Farah Khan's director husband Shirish Kunder after calling the new Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh-goon tweeted an apology last night.

Also an FIR was filed against the filmmaker for criticizing Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's appointment.

Shirish apologised for the same in tweet reads as: Shirish asked for apology for his tweet targeting to UP CM: "Hoping a goon will stop rioting once he's allowed to rule is like expecting a rapist to stop raping once he's allowed to rape."

He also tweet: "Going by the logic of making a goon as CM so that he behaves, Dawood can be CBI director. And Mallya - RBI Governor."
