Shiva Rajkumar, is an Indian film actor, producer and television presenter, best known for his work in Kannada cinema. He is the eldest son of actor Rajkumar. In a career spanning over three decades, Shiva has worked in over 120 films. Widely acclaimed as Hat-trick Hero, Karunada Chakravarthy, Century star, Kala Kanteerava, Naatya Saarvabhouma by the media and fans. He has won many State Award, Film Fare Award, SIIMA awards and other recognitions for his best performance onscreen.As the lockdown continues, Shivarajkumar and his fan club called Shivanna Boys are feeding the hungry in Bengaluru.

Shivarajkumar has a launched a vehicle called Aasare which traverses Bengaluru distributing meals and food kits to the needy. They have planned to continue the initiative till the lockdown ends. Currently, they are feeding 500 people dialy. Producer K P Sreekanth, who is close to Shivarajkumar, is supervising the Aasare initiative which has been appreciated by his fans and followers. Apart from Shivarajkumar, Upendra, Harshika Poonacha, Bhuvann, Kiran Raj and many other actors from the Sandalwood industry are also doing their bit.

Shivarajkumar recently celebrated his 35th wedding anniversary with his family. He did not visit Dr Rajkumar memorial to offer prayers on his father's death anniversary due to lockdown restrictions. Instead, he offered prayers to his father’s portrait at his farm in Kanakapura. He is also requesting people to sanitize their hands, maintain social distance and wear masks to combat the second wave of Coronavirus.
