Uttar Pradesh: The Senior party leader Shivpal Singh Yadav of the Samajwadi party yesterday has announced about the split in SP and the forming of a new party whose name will be  'Samajwadi Secular Morcha'.

He said that party's national secretary will be the Samajwadi Supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav. He told the ANI that "In order to restore his (Mulayam) lost dignity and to bring all theSamajwadis together, there will soon be an announcement of this secular front in Lucknow," 

"He should unite the whole family and the party. He should fulfil what he had said. He should fulfil his moral duty. Akhilesh should now embrace Mulayam Singh as the national chief of the party again," said Shivpal.
