Lucknow: Upset over not being invited to the meeting even after becoming an MLA on Samajwadi Party (SP) ticket, Shivpal Yadav is not completely satisfied even after being 'freed'. He also termed nephew and SP chief Akhilesh Yadav's move as immaturity. Shivpal said that if he had to be freed, he should have been expelled from the party and the legislature party.

On Saturday, the SP had issued a letter to liberate Shivpal Yadav in the wake of his displeasure and rhetoric about Akhilesh Yadav. The SP had issued a letter and wrote that hon'ble Shivpal Singh Yadav Ji if you think you will get more respect somewhere else, you are free to go there. Speaking to the media on Monday, Shivpal Yadav said, "We are already free. We came to know from the media that freedom has been given back. It would have been better if I had been expelled from the Samajwadi Party and the Legislature Party.

Shivpal said that by giving me freedom, Akhilesh Yadav has once again given proof of political immaturity. If he was mature, he would have thrown us out of the party. When he would not call in the meeting, would not give any information, he would have at least thrown him out of the party. Shivpal said where was our party and where has it reached. But if Akhilesh had maturity, we would have had the government today and Akhilesh would have been the CM.
