Bhopal: These days there is a continuous demonstration regarding the agricultural bill. Many kinds of misconceptions have also been made about this bill which is misleading farmers in a way. However, these days governments in BJP ruled states are engaged in proclaiming themselves to be farmer friendly. Recently, in MP, the government organized Kisan Sammelan at Bhel Maidan in Bhopal. While addressing the farmers on this occasion, Shivraj Singh Chauhan said many such things which were in the interest of the farmers. He said, 'This law will revolutionize the lives of farmers'.

Shivraj Singh Chauhan held a cabinet meeting before attending the Kisan Sammelan. Ministers of Shivraj government attended the cabinet meeting through video conferencing. During this period CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan told the ministers that he should be present in the field. He said to put chaupal among the farmers and tell them about the agricultural laws. He also ordered that tell the farmers what we have done for them during our rule.

He also announced in the cabinet meeting, "On December 18, we will add Rs 1600 crore to the farmers' account. This is a part of the total relief amount. This is the money for the loss of crops like soyabean, which occurred this year. We will give one installment now and later on another installment. By then the amount of crop insurance scheme will also come. Talking about Kisan Sammelan, then CM Shivraj said, 'Farmers are our God. We are priests of our people. Their service is the worship of God to us. Campaign is on to eliminate mafias who have looted the state on the basis of bullying, muscle power. We are always trying to provide employment to the youth.
