Lockdown has been implemented throughout the country to avoid the Coronavirus. People are stuck where they were. The crisis on their livelihood has deepened due to laborers not having work. Meanwhile, the Madhya Pradesh government has taken an initiative. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has written a letter to the CM of other states and requested for the help of his people trapped there. The workers can get relief from this initiative.

He wrote in his letter that the residents of Madhya Pradesh are living in different states. He is currently facing difficulty due to the lockdown. He wrote, 'I request that all the people of Madhya Pradesh who are living in your state should be provided with food, drink, accommodation, safety and health facilities. Whatever amount will be spent for this, the MP government will return it to you.'

He wrote in the letter, 'I have instructed all the collectors of my state to help the residents of other states. The state government will bear full expenses for them as well. A high level committee has also been formed to monitor this. If someone from your state is in Madhya Pradesh, you can inform me personally.'
