Mumbai: Shiv Sena Chief Uddhav Thackeray taunted that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has given his allies their place in the Maharashtra Assembly elections. This statement is now being extracted in the political corridors. Earlier, Shiv Sena and BJP leaders had made a statement of unity before the media and said that we are together. There is no difference between the two and we are fighting elections together.

During the BJP-Shiv Sena joint press conference on Friday, when Thackeray was asked who will be the elder brother in Maharashtra? On this, he said that the brother's relationship should last, this is the biggest thing for him. Who is big and who is small? These things are not important. Let us know that out of the total 288 seats in the Maharashtra Assembly elections, the BJP is fighting 150 seats.

At the same time, according to the seat sharing, Shiv Sena is contesting its candidates on 124 seats and allies are fighting on the remaining 14 seats. That is, if we look at the division of seats, the BJP has got more seats. In Maharashtra, the BJP is seen as an elder brother.
