Mumbai: After the statement of BJP MP Anant Kumar Hegde, there has been an earthquake in the politics of Maharashtra. Shiv Sena has said that sending back 40000 crores to the Central Government is a betrayal with Maharashtra. Let me tell you that Hegde had claimed that Fadnavis had sworn in as the CM to save the central government's 40 thousand crore rupees from misuse.
Now Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut has attacked Fadnavis on this matter. Raut tweeted that, 'BJP MP Anant Kumar Hegde has said that by becoming CM for 80 hours, Devendra Fadnavis gave Rs 40,000 crore of Maharashtra to the Center? It is a betrayal with Maharashtra. On the other hand, Fadnavis has termed Hegde's statement as false. Former CM Fadnavis has said that 'This statement is wrong, I reject it outright, the role of the Government of Maharashtra in the Bullet Train is being prepared with the help of the Center.
Former Maharashtra CM Fadnavis said that neither the central government asked for any money from Maharashtra nor did Maharashtra give any money to the center. I have not taken any such decision while staying my CM or taking care of the Chief Minister. The government's Finance Department should investigate this and bring its truth to the people.
