Mumbai: The Shiv Sena-led government, which has been surrounded by all-round in the recovery case, has now become an attacker on the opposition. The party has attacked the BJP over the resignation of Home Minister Anil Deshmukh. Shiv Sena has written that separate justice for Deshmukh, separate justice for Yediyurappa. The conspiracy is being done to defame the state government only through allegations without any evidence from the opposition. 

Significantly, in the recovery case, Deshmukh resigned within three hours of the Bombay High Court's CBI inquiry order. The Shiv Sena has also raised questions on the court through its mouthpiece Saamana. In the editorial of the Saamana, it is written, 'How are the justice for Anil Deshmukh and another for Chief Minister Yediyurappa in the case of corruption charges? 

It is further written on allegations on Deshmukh, the High Court ordered a CBI inquiry. At the same time, the Supreme Court has given relief to Karnataka Yediyurappa in the corruption case. The Supreme Court has given a stay order on Yediyurappa in corruption cases. That means separate justice for Deshmukh and separate justice for Yediyurappa.
