Mumbai: The power struggle still continues in Maharashtra. According to sources, all parties have started making new equations. The BJP has started increasing its proximity with the NCP, while the Shiv Sena is seen going to Congress. Sharad Pawar's statements have further embroiled political screws in the state. Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray is meeting with senior Congress leaders at Trident Hotel in Mumbai. Balasaheb Thorat, Ashok Chavan, and Manikrao are present in this meeting from the Congress.
After the imposition of President's rule in the state, the BJP has called a three-day meeting in Mumbai. All MLAs of Maharashtra BJP will be involved in this meeting. During the meeting, there will be a discussion on issues like the state's condition, mid-term elections. Ajit Pawar said that we will make a decision on supporting Shiv Sena only after holding talks with coalition partners. He said that Shiv Sena's manifesto was different from us, so we will first establish partnership and understanding with Congress. Only then will they talk to Shiv Sena.

He further said that "today our leader Jayant Patil will call the Congress President of Maharashtra Balasaheb Thorat for further brainstorming between the parties and will talk on the dates when we can have a joint discussion regarding the progress of government formation. Pawar said that in the meeting today, all our MLAs said that a government should be formed in Maharashtra as soon as possible. As far as I feel Maharashtra should get a new government before the new year".
