Madhubani: A shocking incident has occurred in Bihar's Madhubani district. The police officer and Daroga then rushed into the judge's chamber and attacked him with the pistol. As a consequence, when the lawyers heard the ruckus from the chamber, they rushed in and rescued the judge from the police.

Judge Avinash Kumar has criticised the District SP (Police Captain) for his decision on multiple occasions. The two criminal police officers were about to appear in court in a case, which is why they attacked. The Patna High Court has taken suo motu action in response to the matter.

It may be recalled that ADJ I Avinash Kumar is well-known for his rulings in the Madhubani court of Jhanjharpur. He had previously stated on the SP that he was unaware of the law. Balram Sahu, Senior Advocate of Jhanjharpur Court and Vice President of Bar Association, and Arun Kumar Jha, Senior Advocates of Jhanjharpur Court and Vice President of Bar Association, said that when they arrived at the chamber, they noticed that the two policemen had placed a service revolver on ADJ I Avinash Kumar.
